PHILADLEPHIA - October 20, 2009 (WPVI) -- Foster care in Philadelphia has been getting a boost lately from an awareness campaign called "Raise Me Up."

The effort is getting enthusiastic support from Jeremy Maclin, one of the newest Philadelphia Eagles.
